The juce forum and kvr audio, there are various plug-in oriented discords too. But be warned if you just want a code monkey for some idea then you're going to have a bad time trying to hire someone.

How condescending. A great quality when giving advice on how to hire and trust people.

I've seen enough of the same post for it to deserve condescension. A music producer has a "great" idea for a plug-in but won't pay for it. Just exposure.

It's telling when a poster doesn't know that VST plug-ins don't run in one of the programs listed. These folks have no idea of the cost or time investment needed to make a product.
