#3Whatever process you have if it involves software development it’s likely too expensive for an outfit small enough for you to reach.
Even big manufacturers can’t pay market rates for software devs and small ones definitely can’t. You would need to have something that’s pretty generic and used at Many customer sites

That's what I observed as well. Finding that generic but valuable use-case is quite tough. Selling it is on a totally different level. The impact it can have should be well worth it though
