Are there any existing good TTS plugins optimized for Wikiepdia? Or any voice-actors on youtube etc. that might be into something like this? I have tried existing TTS like WaveNet on wikipedia, but it's just painful to hear.

It is not complete (of course...it a big big number of articles) but maybe it could help you.
