I see previous comments, but no “add comment” button, only “submit “ menu at the top.
I’ve posted https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=31539559 but it seems not connected to original comments chain.

#2After 14 days discussions are closed and no further comments can be added. The first thread to link to is 82 days old. Realistically (almost) nobody will read it.

#3I personally think that disable comments after some period is a bad idea (I love stackoverlow).
Anyway the message that “The discussion is closed after 14 days” will be useful on each discussion page.
