IP assignments and NDAs for dev shops and employees?

Anywhere I can find boiler plate, IP assignments and NDAs? I am hiring a dev shop and need them to sign off that they don't own any IP etc.. Also I have a few interns I need to sign it as well.

Just a note. ikve turned down very well paying jobs doing stuff I'd like over poor/greedy IP assignments and NDAs. No company should have IP to everything I create on my own time, on my own hardware, at my own expense, not related to the companies product. i had a company try to get me to sign up for that, adn for 3 years after employment ended.
