I wonder if this could be done for Rust?

VC funding could staff full time roles for UI tool kits, distributed build caches, and other big pieces that will take time to come to fruition.

CI/CD can be a profit driver and also a boost to the community.

I really don't want any venture capitalist moonshot thinking anywhere close to a language I use, the risk of failure is way too big and that will leave the ecosystem in chaos. I'd rather they find a model which aimed at stability in the long run, like funding by the big industrial users.
