How do you organize your day as a software engineer? I understand that this will be highly variable based on role, company, time of year, etc. I'm looking for tools, tips, strategies, anything.
I struggle to interweave longer projects, bugs, "quick" fixes, meetings, emails, etc. How do you stay focused and motivated during the day?
