One day I received a voicemail from my sponsor's up line scolding me for informing my sponsor that the company may be headed for trouble with the looming downturn in the economy after listening to the earnings conference call hosted by the CEO. Sure enough, over the course of the next 3 years, the company's stock price declined fro almost $12 to $1.98 where it is today. Not only was I just reporting what the CEO had told the investment community, the method of leaving a derogatory voicemail instead of a personal conversation was not what I considered professionally or personally in good taste.
As I continued to try to build a list of people I knew, I realized I could not in good conscience bring them into an organization of people who did not have credibility as leaders. I believe in the product and continue to use it today. It has brought me significant health benefits and is still affordable for my use.
