Anyone who wants to tell me about how net neutrallity is killing innovation needs to show me they understand how peering agreements work.

They area prime example how capitalism can be constructed to benefit consumers, drive down prices, and foster innovation.

All Pai is going to create is a system that is inefficient and monopolistic.
