Game Licenses in China: Chinese law now requires online games to secure an approval number from the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film, and Television. You can enter your game’s approval number and date in the Notes field of the App Review Information section. To learn more, view the full text of the regulation. iTunes Connect redirected to the following link, which has detailed rules in Chinese.

Now, this rule was effective July 1, 2016, for native Chinese developers. But given the iTunes Connect notice, it seems that from now on it's also applicable to non-Chinese developers.

Now the problem is that all of the Chinese websites related to this are in Chinese and Google Translate's English version doesn't make much sense. Also, there doesn't seem to be a clear license request submission platform.

Any knowledge on the matter is greatly appreciated.
