That said, same-day exploit alerts (and updates) would draw people, as well as papers on encryption techniques, infosec articles, and interviews with prominent members of the community and their takes on things like CC chips, NFC sniffing, etc.
Oh yeah, and hack bounties from companies for teams to attempt to exploit their products/systems.
