You give me two examples. But I can give you thousands of examples where people ended it way before their natural life span..

just living healthily, exercising and taking care of themselves. There are some 80/90 years old people nowadays that still go to the gym, practice jiu jitsu and have a normal life. This would be unthinkable 50 years ago.
