Even if we accept that, the millions dead and incalculable human suffering incurred by the attempts is more than reason enough to stop trying. There was no greater cause of human suffering in the 20th century than the worldwide attempts to build communist governments.

I don't know, trying to stop communism also accounts for a lot of human suffering

Yes, that is what I mean. The issue with communism is if it never happened for real you can imagine all sorts of good amazing things from it with 0 pushback. Look atleast at the states calming to be communist. Would you rather live in Soviet or Western Europe? Ask the balts and poles... btw Sweden is not socialist

Why is that an issue? Would you like discourse to be less grounded in ideals? Or is it that these particular ideals are a harm disguised as benefit?

Capitalism is just really good at telling people the reason they are poor is because they just don't work as hard as the elites

what other options do you have?

capitalism can work with say 99% tax on estate on death. No trust funds. Tax on wealth above a certain point. Rule of law with sharp teeth. Proper investment in education. Proper anti monopoly so all large corporations gets broken up to avoid their power consolidation...

communism is dictatorship in disguise.

then you have old style feudalism with aristocracy.

Exactly the same. I haven't played an Persona game but hear it come up on some podcasts and wanted to try it out. In fact, P5R is on sale right now for 80% off and would happily pay the A$20 for it, but it still includes Denuvo.

Not true, in this year alone there have already been around 10 denuvo cracks (not hypervisor bypasses) and more will come.

None were from scene

That doesn't exclude them from being cracks. They still follow scene rules.

I said Denuvo is "often" removed 6–12 months after release. Often means many times, frequently. I have given you examples that this has happened many times, so I'm satisfied with the wording I used.

You said it "usually" lasts 2–4 years. Usually means most of the time. What I said is not incompatible with what you said, but in any case, you've presented no data or evidence that Denuvo is kept for 2+ years most of the time.
