The power of anonymity is that you get to voice honest opinions without tying it up with your identity and/or feeling responsible for it. I don't know that you can consider healthcare.gov an existing service. I don't know anyone who's actually been able to get service there. It's more in the idea/alpha phase. Health Sherpa ripped off an existing idea and made a improved functioning (bootstrap) version.
