It's funny to me how many people want to skip writing boilerplate and view AI as their salvation from boilerplate. Yet boilerplate is probably one of the most automated-away tasks in existence today. Templates and templating engines have been in our languages (C pre-processor, Lisp macros, etc) and IDEs since forever, and every reasonably sized company I've worked for has had repository and git and k8s and spring boot and django templates available for use. And let's not even mention Googling for boilerplate on Stack Overflow.
But, more subtly, the number of people who want to ignore boilerplate entirely is a bit scary too. That boilerplate is where security issues worm their way in. Where efficiencies can be won or lost. Where sev0 incidents are born.
Boilerplate isn't there to frustrate you, it's usually there to configure your program. And if you don't understand it - if you simply delegate its generation to the least smart entity in the room - you're in for some nice 3am phone calls.
