New technologies have not helped yet. Just covered part of increased demand. So it doesn't seem like technology is going to save us.
It is all just distraction. Only way is one that will never happen: de-growth.

You might want to read up on Jevons Paradox [1].
Also, be warned that the term "accelerationism" is being used by different parties, with quite opposing intentions.

You are mixing categories. One is about the observable universe, ie. "does global warming happen"? The other one is a value judgement, ie. "is global warming bad?"

I mean, if you want to go down that route, why assume that the expansion of mercury in a glass tube is a good proxy for atmospheric temperature?
Sometimes it feels hotter or colder than the mercury would indicate, after all.
QED, it is impossible to determine if the climate is changing.
