Yes. The Palestine Action bit is in the government complaint not the article. My point was the article glosses over or doesn't mention the actual reasons the government cites. ( https://home.treasury.gov/news/press-releases/sb0616 discussed https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=49451343 )

Why should it cite them? They're just excuses.

If you want to understand a situation it sometimes makes sense to state the facts?

You mean the excuses.

Maybe. But I don't think so. It literally doesn't matter what reasons the government said, and the reasons the government said have no relation to facts or reality. What does matter is that the government doesn't like this group and put them on a certain list.
