Aptura AI | Full-Time | MTS (Applied AI), MTS (SWE / Product) | London | ONSITE / HYBRID

We build the evaluation datasets and RL environments that make AI reliable where mistakes are expensive: finance, healthcare, and legal.

We design expert-curated training data, calibrated rubrics, and RL environments for nearly every frontier AI lab as well as startups pushing the frontier of what models can do.

We're a small London-based team running multiple active projects, so what you ship gets used immediately by labs, startups and internal domain experts. We recently launched SpreadsheetBench v2 (Kimi k3 model card) and work on ultra long-horizon tasks.

We're hiring:

* MTS, Applied AI — design the next benchmarks and RL environments — https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/aptura/c299e1f2-cdb4-4842-b5f3-8aa6...

* MTS, SWE / Product — build the platform behind every dataset — https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/aptura/cd6b6df2-1a75-442e-83b3-2ae0...

Chainguard | Product Manager, Scanner | REMOTE | Full-Time | https://www.chainguard.dev/

Chainguard is the trusted source for open source. We build hardened, minimal, continuously-updated images, libraries, and packages that eliminate vulnerabilities before they ship — used by teams at Anduril, Canva, OpenAI, Snap, and Snowflake, among others.

We're hiring a PM to own the malware and greyware scanning engine inside Chainguard Repository — the system that analyzes source code, build behavior, and maintainer activity across the open source packages flowing through our platform to catch compromised or malicious artifacts before they reach a customer's environment. You'd own the roadmap for detection coverage, scanner accuracy (precision/recall trade-offs are the daily grind), and how findings get surfaced to security teams and translated into policy enforcement. Close partnership with our detection engineering and threat research teams, and with customers who are increasingly asking "how do you know this package is safe?"

Good fit if you've done PM work on a detection, fraud, spam, or security scanning system before, are comfortable being hands-on with data and false-positive/false-negative trade-offs, and want to work on a problem that's getting more urgent as AI agents pull in more open source dependencies automatically.

JD to be posted imminently but email me if interested and I'll route appropriately: patrick@chainguard.dev

AusRehab | Full-Stack Software Developer | Full Time | Sydney, Australia (Bankstown), hybrid | AU$120–160k

Apply online: https://www.ausrehab.com/careers/full-stack-ai-developer/

AusRehab is a workplace rehabilitation provider in Australia — we help injured workers in the NSW workers' compensation scheme return to work. We're replacing a stack of off-the-shelf systems with in-house, AI-driven ones, so our consultants can do their work better: fewer errors, statutory deadlines met, clearer communication with workers and insurers, and the audit and regulatory requirements handled properly rather than remembered at the last minute.

For this we're assembling a small team of 3-4 full-stack developers who will work directly with our rehab consultants to design systems that actually fit the task. You'd own solutions end to end, with real autonomy and no ops team to hand your infrastructure to. You'd also talk to the people using what you build.

Stack: Python, TypeScript, React, React Native, PostgreSQL, AWS (Lambda/S3/SQS/EC2), GitHub Actions.

Prior experience with ML, NLP, and agentic AI systems is highly desirable, but not essential.

No workers' comp knowledge needed, but we do ask for a curious mind to learn from an unfamiliar domain.

Shared Context Lab | Member of Technical Staff | San Francisco or New York | ONSITE | Full-time

Shared Context Lab (https://sharedcontextlab.com) is building adaptive personal AI that understands the texture of real life: relationships, routines, responsibilities, and goals. Our closed beta is garnering very positive feedback and retention. We’re venture backed + incubated at iconic design firm IDEO.

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on engineer to tackle:

- Core agent, product, and infrastructure systems

- Context, memory, orchestration, and tool use

- Simulation environments for users, schedules, relationships, and multi-agent interactions

- Evaluations for long-horizon agent behavior, reliability, and safety

We care a lot about high agency, collaboration, and high ownership mentality. Strong product judgment and care for user experience matter as much as technical rigor.

Apply here: https://sharedcontextlab.com/mts or reach out at join@sharedcontextlab.com

Octozi | Founding Engineer | Brooklyn, NY | ONSITE | Full-time | https://octozi.com Clinical trials cost about $1B each and roughly $1M for every day they run late. maybe offtopic, but might be relevant for people considering the company; How is the prospect of entering this market with a investor in the space?

Pharma research is very protective of their data. You likely won't get them to share data to provide a generic plataform, right? So I assume you are building tools they can run on top of their data silos? And even then sales will probably not be easy if the tools belong to a competitor.

Ashby | YC 19 | REMOTE | Hiring Engineering Leaders | $200k–$275k Ashby is the all-in-one recruiting platform powering hiring at the world's most innovative companies. If you cmd+f "Ashby" you'll see that we're powering many of the job postings in this thread! We’re looking to scale our engineering leadership team with technical leaders who want to raise the impact of a high-performing organization. * Not Your Tradit…

>At Ashby, your compensation is market-rate indexed to your level of performance.

FYI, "market rate" refers to the highest compensation that someone would be willing to offer a person with that profile. When you sell something, you sell it to the highest bidder. You don't sell it to the median buy offer.

>We target your total compensation (salary + equity-to-be-vested) to be greater than the 75th percentile

So, below market rate?
