Take a look on https://ruxit.com - the problem concept that it introduce might be what you look for. It is a correlation of events or alerts in whole system that one causes another and it tells the root cause. There is a problem dashboard and you can get notifications when a problem occurs.
If I understood correctly, ruxit is a monitoring service (so basically new relic replacement with better UI), while the OP's product is just a New Relic API client. So these are quite different products :)

#21You can for sure replace New Relic with Ruxit and it also comes with quite some benefits regarding smarter alerting and problem analysis.
