> "Hi. Welcome to Frizbee. We don't censor or track you."
If you're so concerned about tracking, then why is Ghostery blocking "Facebook Connect" and "Facebook Custom Audience"?
Frizbee's "privacy policy" is:
> "Frizbee never collects or shares personal data. Even your email isn't asked for, and the only token we store for identification are the first 6 digits of your IP address. Furthermore, we recommend those under the age of 13 not to visit this website."
This is in violation of Facebook's terms, e.g.:
> "Obtain adequate consent from people before using any Facebook technology that allows us to collect and process data about them, including for example, our SDKs and browser pixels. When you use such technology, disclose to people in your privacy policy that you are enabling us to collect and process data about them."
(edit: What if my IP address is 4.5.6.7?)
(edit 2: In the 3 minutes since I posted this, the Facebook tracker has been removed.)
(edit 3: Any site that claims "we put a big focus on privacy" should be HTTPS-only.)
