Would someone please tell me I'm not seeing the Linux kernel imported into the systemd source tree?

It's a fake. The account's name is Ivan Gotyaovoich, which has a grand total of two results on Google.

You are seeing that. In a random repository by a random person who didn't even bother to keep the history of the original repo. The github-equivalent of a chain letter...
