Get caught up with overnight emails
Get caught up with feeds, blogs, etc
Decide on the main thing that's going to happen for the day

By now I'm awake from running two blocks
Ride the bus for ~thirty minutes and read something stimulating (right now Ruby Under a Microscope)
Now an hour has passed
