Possibly someone trying to expose bad conferences and journals by submitting this paper and see if it gets accepted.

Go all the way to appendix B for the serious part.

It's interesting how, besides the obvious jokes in every other sentence, the paper is otherwise almost plausible.

I'm half surprised they didn't define algebra resistance as one of P=?NP Person's super powers.
