Simply doubling the framerate of existing film is the wrong approach. To truly evaluate high FPS the director must take the framerate into account during filming.
I'll use SVP/InterFrame with low FPS sports, homemade video and occasionally anime but NEVER live action film. It cheapens the whole experience and undoes everything the director intended.
