How to develop Android aplication .

I want to develop an app but I don't know where to start from I tried making it once but I couldn't make it I know c,c++ help me what I should do to make an awesome app.

teamtreehouse released a course recently. Haven't tried it out myself, yet.

O'Reilly has a beginner's book called Learning Android that steps you through an example in multiple stages. This book was recently updated to a second edition. The tutorials at developer.android.com have been greatly improved over time and are, in some aspects, the best place to get started.
