It's not very hard. In California a doctor can give you a recommendation for any condition for which marijuana may be helpful. This includes things like stress, anxiety, insomnia...

After a cursory medical exam (blood pressure, heart rate, etc.) just say "I have trouble sleeping. Marijuana helps me."

#7This site is terrible, these guys seem like a complete joke right out of the gate. With how bad everything looks, I'd give them about 3 months until they go under.

That doesn't make it difficult to get a recommendation and purchase medical marijuana though.
