Looks great, can't wait to see the demo, and the acknowledgement of entering an already crowded space. Personally I think many of the tools that are out there right now could very very easily be out-performed by an open source tool. ...but if open source destroys an existing product, honestly, that product was going the way of the dinosaurs anyway.
Morally speaking, free software unencumbered by licenses, patents and other cruft contributes far more than it harms.
