well, here's my thoughts:

i can't upload an image. at all. i tried a lot of files, changed filenames, etc., but i'm not going to debug it for you. i'm using chrome.

it has a simple ui, which is nice, but it could be cleaned up a bit and made a bit more shiny to help it stand out in the huge sea of image hosts.

if you're not doing something new/interesting/special with it, you're going to wallow in obscurity.

Tried it out. Seems like a solid start, but noticed some things that bugged me.

Your main div is not actually centered for me, your logo could use some work (anti aliasing the circle portion), and you could maybe make us of gzip. Also, 11 br tags are not a good way of positioning your footer.

Only problem I have is if I try to upload a huge image (12344 x 3565) it just kind of dies after trying for a while with no errors/etc...

I had trouble uploading a GIF, but PNG worked fine (FireFox 3.5 on Vista). Also the page isn't centered for me. You should also include a Terms of Use page and a Privacy Policy.

You could also include links to social networking sites after you upload a picture (e.g. digg picture, tweet picture, etc). Then a url shortener would be helpful.

Seems like hosting a lot of images would be costly...how will you make money? Ads on the main page and on the direct link page? Premium account with no ads?

Thank you noodle, byoung2, skushch, joshuarr and intregus for testing and giving me the advice. I will make those changes, add the features and try to launch again by next weekend.

byoung2: No idea how I'm going to make money. This was a test to see if I could make a useful product. For now consider it a free image host to use if you'd like to and keep an eye out for the recommended changes.
