You should be a strong developer who has already cut their teeth on some good sized web builds, working with a larger team and has perhaps taken the lead on some project deliveries. You should care about writing good code and you should be passionate enough to debate best practice.
If you’ve had exposure to some more contemporary practices such as BDD and TDD that would be really favourable.
