Evernote and OneNote are much more than list taking apps. I think Keep competes more with Apple's Notes than anything else.

Looks more like a Trello competitor to me.

And you can't share it easily with others (unless you are in the same physical place and are willing to lose your copy, or make a backup by hand)

And you can't capture images (unless you're a great artist - and even then, it'll be very slow)

Given the history of Google Reader, everyone using this and expecting stuff to last is probably a moron.
