Thanks for the feedback. Definitely something we're going to keep an eye out for! Our company/brand name is simply "Medko" and we're also not competitors with Medco (Express Scripts) so I am confident we won't run into any problems... but like you say they certainly have deep pockets and certainly something to be better safe than sorry over.

#13I think you'd also have to add the Portuguese language to the menu, since Brazil is a potentially large market.
Also, as someone mentioned previously in the comments, adding images of actual doctors would be a very good idea, as it increases credibility.
