Yeah, I am not seeing this effect at all. Perhaps relevant: one of my eyes has poor eyesight, but 3d movies still work for me without wearing corrective lenses...
I suspect this only "works" if you really want it to.

If users wanted to exceed the balance of gif length, frame rate, and detail that they wanted, they would upload multiple sections of the same scene side by side.
