There's evidence that's it's limited if you believe willpower is limited, and nonlimited if you believe willpower is nonlimited ( http://www.stanford.edu/~gwalton/home/Publications_files/Job... ). I would rather read a short article with pictures then read a 300+ page book. Both of them are subjective views anyway, it's not an exact science.
