Laying people off is never easy. I'm sure many people will poopoo this call but this is a clean and a clear message.
Except it wasn't delivered face to face, which in my mind is worth 'poopooing'... and my goodness, the monotone voice...
It doesn't matter if it was over the phone, in a letter or in person. Its nothing personal its a business decision.
