#5SnapFix seems to really fit within Clayton Christensen’s “Jobs to Be Done” theory. Users aren’t hiring the product (Angie’s List) to read reviews, they’re hiring Angie’s List to fix a hole in their wall and SnapFix removes a lot of steps/friction in making that happen.
