#8observation without judgment seems very similar to the idea of mindfulness explored in vipassana meditation.
But I want to follow Terry Pratchett's lead and teach unobtrusively. He's really good at it. So, as a step 1, I didn't ever use the words Buddhism or meditation.

Yes, vipassana meditation changed my life. But I want to follow Terry Pratchett's lead and teach unobtrusively. He's really good at it. So, as a step 1, I didn't ever use the words Buddhism or meditation.
