#15Doesn't work exclusively with the Chrome Inspector. Having the downloads bar at the bottom sets this off as well, for example.
Having a non-standard window zoom also sets this off.

#16Works fine to detect the inspection window, but a false positive (as "open and docked") if I change Chrome window state from maximised to normal.

I've made the docked/undocked an experimental feature since it was causing the issues you were seeing. Please let me know if you're still seeing any issues with false positives for open.
