Effective immediately, SendGrid has terminated the employment of Adria Richards

These articles keep disappearing from the front page. I wonder if they're being caught up in some sort of upvoting-too-fast detection or if it's manual intervention?

What a monster cockup that all turned out to be. Instead of some minor embarrassment for saying something silly two people are now out of work.

Now two people are out of a job because they chose to act like 13 y.olds

A slap in the wrist for both involved should be sufficient, but apparently only 'tough' measures are ok?
