#2Agree, broken Re-targeting really annoys and it happens even with Facebook, personally have experienced repeated ads coming up even after the product was bought, mostly this happens when we use Facebook as the login option to get into these online Mega Stores.

#3You said even after 10 mins the ads keep coming up. But does it keep coming after days?
Is it completely broken that it gets repeated OR it only happens for a few hours after the purchase has been made?
How would you know in the case of a SAAS app, whether someone is registered as a trial user vs. paid user, so you are supposed to stop?
