Everyone's parents "suck"--they're humans, they're learning, they have problems of their own they struggle with, etc. There are no purely good parents. No it's not, it's a cop-out. You really expect every member of society to individually stand up to Anthropic? That thing you just said is not an alternative solution - it is actually an attempt to prevent the problem from being solved at all. Which is fine if you're an Anthropic shareholder and believe the problem should not be solved.

Well those support programs don't provide support. They exist to make a profit, just like everything else. Providing a service is secondary.
