About Me: I'm Karan Krishnani, an independent consultant (fractional and contract) with ~20 years of senior engineering and architecture experience, the last several focused on healthcare. I build the data platforms underneath value-based care: claims, quality measurement, risk, and the integration layer that feeds them.
