No one expected SQL Server on Linux, and nobody asked for Edge on Linux. An official release of Office on Linux is not impossible.

Yes like always in Classic Business...

When desktop Linux will cross 20% Market share in 2030 Microsoft will finally release a Flatpak of MSOffice But nobody will care anymore at that time ...
