There's also https://unslop.news , which removes just the posts about AI, rather than all posts that mention it at all
It cannot be a long-term solution, though. Most people don't use them and if HN continues to be AI-foremost, many will simply stop coming here to post other interesting, non-AI stuff. A vicious circle.
