An infrastructure-focused engineer: I've worked on designing and deploying a multi-region AWS environment to host a 1.4k-label classification NLP pipeline for a pharmaceutical research company, developed enterprise-scale and PCI-compliant IaC modules at Visa, and built and deployed a full-stack NLP-powered news intelligence system for editorial reporting.

Senior AI/Full-Stack Engineer | 9+ YOE

I build production RAG pipelines, agentic AI systems, and real-time voice AI: not demos, systems that run at scale (10K+ concurrent sessions, 1M+ docs/year processed).

Comfortable in both startup and enterprise environments, enjoy working close to founders and product teams, turning ambiguous problems into systems that hold up under real traffic. Open to full-time or contract roles.

Fintech CTO and hands-on engineer, 20 years building software and 15 years leading teams. Most recently built security and compliance from scratch at a startup, reaching ISO 27001 certification in 7 months, which multiple partner banks then accepted as the basis for working with us. On the product side: a multi-bank loan sales platform that cut agent time per contract by about 75%, and an automated loan product that takes as little as 3 days from application to payout. Comfortable owning both the security/architecture side and hands-on delivery on a regulated product. Looking for a startup CTO, staff engineer or hands-on team lead position, contract or permanent.

Early-career software engineer working remotely for a Swiss startup. I have around 9 months of full-time professional experience, with broad ownership across backend, frontend, infrastructure, production support, and applied AI.

Recently designed and built a production multilingual video-dubbing pipeline under Swiss data-residency constraints. It used Whisper STT, Azure Neural TTS containers, SSML/prosody control, silence handling, and provider abstractions, and reduced processing costs by ~80% while improving speed by 3-4x.

I also work on production RAG features, AI integrations, search/indexing, backend APIs, React interfaces, reporting jobs, imports, and customer-facing fixes.

I use Claude Code and Codex heavily in my daily workflow: writing specs, giving agents context, reviewing generated code, testing, and taking responsibility for what ships.

Looking for remote early/founding engineer, applied AI engineer, AI product engineer, backend-heavy LLM engineer, agent engineer, or forward-deployed AI engineer roles at AI-native startups. I’m especially interested in small teams, high ownership, direct founder/product exposure, and sane working hours. Open to a small paid trial project.

AI engineer, 4 years total: three years of full-stack web development, and since late 2025 working full-time on LLM agent systems.

Most of my work is on the parts of an agent nobody sees. A large share of it is deciding what tools an agent should have in the first place — researching the gaps, prototyping, and building the ones that turn out to matter — since an agent is mostly only as capable as the tools you hand it. The rest is the infrastructure that keeps a long-running agent coherent: summarizing context so it doesn't lose the thread over a long session, and condensing logs into something the agent can actually reason over instead of drowning in. Python, TypeScript and Go, across both commercial and open-source models.

I use coding agents heavily in my own workflow — writing specs, giving them context, reviewing what comes back, and owning what ships.

Looking for remote AI/Software Engineer positions. Small teams and high ownership suit me. Open to relocation.

Engineered React UI dashboards and secure FastAPI backend services and automated end-to-end type safety between the frontend and backend for a fintech startup and used strict CI/CD to ensure type safety across the team. Also built automated RAG pipelines for a legal chatbot. I am a curious developer open to new projects.

I help B2B SaaS companies fix the expensive stuff: unclear positioning, weak outbound, and lifecycle/retention systems that technically exist but don’t actually move revenue.

Since 2019, I’ve worked across SaaS, ecommerce, and service businesses as a copywriter, email marketer, lifecycle marketer, and GTM engineer.

I sit between strategy and execution: I help you figure out what to do, clarify the message, build the system, write the copy, and own the outcome.

Selected results: - $11M+ outbound pipeline generated - 40 clients across 30+ industries - Built outbound engines from scratch - Built lifecycle/email systems across SaaS, ecommerce, and info products

Best fit: Post-revenue B2B SaaS that needs positioning clarity, outbound done properly, or lifecycle/retention emails fixed.

Open to full-time or part-time remote roles in marketing, growth, lifecycle, or outbound GTM.

– Filip

I'm a product-oriented software engineer with 15+ years of experience building web applications, mostly with Ruby on Rails and JavaScript. I work directly with clients and users to understand their workflows, discuss tradeoffs, and turn those conversations into useful product decisions. I communicate comfortably in English with clients and distributed teams.

I've worked full stack across backend systems, APIs, React, performance, testing, and product discovery. In a previous role, I reduced page-load times by 20% to 80%, cut CI runs from roughly 40 minutes to 8, and led the modernization of more than 500,000 lines of Rails code. For the past two years, I've also used Claude and Codex as coding agents for implementation, research, code review, documentation, and product design. I still review and test everything before it ships.

I'm looking for a remote Senior Product Engineer or Senior Software Engineer role, preferably with Rails, but also open to full-stack React and JavaScript work. I'm particularly interested in teams building AI-native products or improving how engineers use coding agents.

I'm a self-taught full-stack software developer with over 10 years of experience. My favorite programming languages are Rust and TypeScript! I've also been dabbling in Haskell lately. My favorite types of projects are systems programming, front-end development and UX/UI.

I have a GitHub with tons of projects and open-source contributions since 2013: https://github.com/LoganDark

I am an owner of many Rust crates: https://crates.io/users/LoganDark

I am a quick learner and have high attention to detail. I often improve team-facing documentation and processes when I enter a role. I also care deeply about developer experience and iteration time.

I am strongest with clearly-defined requirements and constraints, but I love contributing to open-ended problems as well. I enjoy refactoring code to remove bugs and inconsistencies. I will spot any UI imperfection.

I enjoy dog-fooding and do it whenever I can. I am obsessive about solving every issue I come across. I provide detailed documentation with issue reports.

Please contact me by email with any opportunities! Open to freelance/consulting, fulltime preferred. Hourly or salary only.

I am available to interview immediately and can start immediately.

My résumé is available by email upon request, but it's best to ask with an offer to interview.
