About me:
I'm a backend/product engineer with 10+ years of experience building and owning production systems across Agoda, Groove/Clari, VueOps, e-commerce, startups, and most recently my own AI product.
A few examples of the kind of work I've done:
- At Agoda, worked on high-scale production systems including an internal GraphQL platform handling 1B+ requests/day and an email platform sending 1M+ transactional emails/day.
- Re-architected Agoda's B2B partner email workflows, reducing new partner onboarding from weeks to hours and improving launch velocity by 5–10x.
- At Groove/Clari, was one of two engineers owning the customer-facing Dialer, building Rails/React/Twilio/Salesforce features used by high-ARR enterprise customers.
- At VueOps, led the architecture of a Rails/React document platform and migrated its file-processing engine to AWS Lambda/DynamoDB/SNS, cutting infrastructure cost by 5x and failures by 3x.
I'm strongest in roles where I can take an ambiguous problem, understand the product/business constraints, design the system, and then stay hands-on through implementation and production.
Particularly interested in small/high-ownership teams, product companies, developer infrastructure/platforms, B2B SaaS, or AI-enabled products.
