I am a Staff Engineer(FullStack AI) with +10 years of experience. I have extreme hands-on experience building full-stack AI products (AI/ML/GenAI/Agents) in production (cloud and on-premises). My current focus is on building full-stack platforms/products integrated with GenAI: GraphRAG, LLM-based agents, agent orchestration, knowledge-based systems, streaming platform. I enjoy working across the full stack — from architecture, data, backend, and infrastructure.

Remote is preferred for time zones spanning across Europe/UK or early hours of ET/PT;

+15 years of SWE, proven experience in bringing new digital products to the market, building from scratch, owning the entire development and maintenance cycle.

I have lead end-to-end projects, from idea to delivery, maintenance, scalability and beyond both as a hired CTO and as a contractor. I have built and managed dev teams and can dive quickly into new projects and as a founder I have built a startup from the ground up. Have broad experience in SWE but looking to go deeper on dev tools, infrastructure, HPC/Distributed Systems. Worked with remote, geographically distributed teams for various companies around the world. Proven ability to autonomously lead, design, and implement great products as well as manage and grow an OSS community.

In the last 2 years I have been the main maintainer of a well known OSS project in the devtools/DB space, growing it from 15M weekly downloads. Work on this was across the stack, manage and interact with the community and push the project into new areas.

Looking for a DevExp, Infra/Tools or Backend engineering position where I can take ownership, apply my experience and learn new things. As show above, I'm not afraid to put in the extra effort!

Willing to work on site in Switzerland (e.g. Zürich, Zug, Bern, Basel etc) or relocate elsewhere for the right opportunity.

Ich kann (auch) Deutsch (C1).

Email me for resume, github and linkedin accounts.

I'm one of two developers building the internal platform at a small direct-mail company — 1,000+ endpoints across 39 domains, .NET back end, React front end. In practice that has meant building whatever the business couldn't buy.

- A printer integration layer unifying four protocols (SNMP, IPP, SOAP/WCF, Fiery) behind one adapter interface, reverse-engineered against live hardware because the vendor shipped no documentation. I probed the MIB tree until I found the toner and tray OIDs. - A document pipeline with two rendering paths: pooled headless Chrome for HTML→PDF, and Adobe InDesign driven out-of-process over COM. InDesign runs as a separate worker service on its own machine because it needs a GUI session. - A DBF7 reader I wrote because no library handled the variant a vendor emitted. - 16 tool-calling plugins and an MCP server exposing the business domain to Claude.

Looking for forward-deployed / AI implementation work, or integration engineering. I like undocumented systems and I'm comfortable being the person who figures out what the vendor won't tell you.
