It's the 11th largest in the world, or about 7.5% of the US reserves which is a lot more than the gdp difference (4.4%)

Nothing big like that is one persons responsibility. Actions have cons. ? All elected and supported, especially AFTER how he and his supports lead the so many extra deaths in covid. Voters cannot be held accountable for all the specific things the person they elected do. That much should be self-evident.
If they could have known or suspected those things, then yes, they bear the responsibility. And Trump's intentions were there for all to see.

Stated in another article it said the reason is it cannot be used as a bargaining chip during trade disputes. They specifically mentioned it would likely be more difficult to use in emergency situations when located in North America (without mentioning specific reasons).

Doesn't matter. There's constant bad calls being made by referees. It shouldn't be, but their humans and make mistakes and it's part of the game. But only the mistake against the US got corrected.

Well, one of their near neighbouring countries is currently worried about Trump stealing their territory, and he's made threats to annex Canada too, so it's not exactly an unreasonable fear.
