Hi, I applied for the junior role two months ago. I never heard anything back, but I'm also somewhat concerned my email got lost entirely because I sent emails from two separate addresses - one got an immediate automated response, the other got nothing. (The second email that received a response was just a generic inquiry checking on the first, so I'm concerned that one got tossed by the automated system as well). I'…

Same here, I sent an application a month ago I believe.

cloro | Founding Engineer, Data Scientist, Founding Operations, Founding Marketer | REMOTE (EU timezones) | Full-time | https://cloro.dev/careers/

cloro is one API for search and AI answers. You send a query, we return Google, Google News, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok and Copilot results as structured fields: the answer, the sources it cited, and the position each result held. Teams use it to measure whether their brand shows up in AI answers, and to stop maintaining eight scrapers that break whenever a provider changes its markup overnight.

We are bootstrapped, remote across EU timezones, and small enough that every role below works directly with the founders.

Open roles:

* Founding Engineer | $80k-150k | backend and infra, heavy on large-scale collection. https://cloro.dev/careers/founding-engineer/

* Data Scientist | $60k-100k | turn our AI-search corpus into published research and track the engines as they change. https://cloro.dev/careers/data-scientist/

* Founding Operations | $50k-80k | finance, ops, marketing and product systems. An all-rounder role for someone who would rather build a system than run a task twice. https://cloro.dev/careers/founding-operations/

* Founding Marketer | $40k-70k | own SEO, content, and visibility in AI search. https://cloro.dev/careers/founding-marketer/

We work AI-native: Claude and Claude Code are in the loop daily across engineering, ops and marketing. Being genuinely good with these tools is part of the job rather than a bonus.

Stealth (B2B AI for MedTech) | Founding Engineer (AI / RAG, backend-leaning) | Hybrid (preferred Berlin Germany, & EU) | Part- or Full-time

We're an early, stealth B2B startup — a Berlin GmbH — bringing reliable, AI-native expertise to the medical-device world, helping the experts who get life-saving innovation to market. Small team, real MVP in progress.

You'd be our first founding engineering member: hands-on building the product alongside our senior eng lead, owning big parts of the backend — Python, RAG, and agentic workflows — and growing with the company.

For someone who ships, is genuinely drawn to MedTech and to making expert knowledge accessible, and wants an entrepreneurial role with meaningful equity and broad ownership. Part- or full-time to start; happy to share the full picture over a call.

Email me at engineering@comentic.com — and tell me one thing you've built.

Wikimedia Foundation | Lead Product Manager, Security | REMOTE (US + 18 countries) | Full-time I lead the security and safety team for Wikipedia, at the Wikimedia Foundation. I’m hiring a product manager to lead our security roadmap and steer the priorities of our security engineering team. It’s a high-pace, shipping-heavy time for the whole project right now, as we are dedicating ourselves to surviving all the ways…

Working for Wikimedia would make me actually consider moving back to the USA for the opportunity.(I'm in Japan for reference.) I previous contributed to Mediawiki and the extensions ecosystem for about a decade.

NetBird | Berlin, Germany (or remote, CET/CEST overlap) | Full-time https://netbird.io/careers

NetBird is open source networking and access control WireGuard-based overlay networks with zero-config peer-to-peer connectivity. Open source, built in Europe, used by thousands of teams worldwide. We're a small and growing team going up against the incumbents in network security. Post Series A.

- Engineering Manager : You will take a huge part in leading and scaling our engineering org. Unblocking, scaling, hiring, you'll still read code and hold technical opinions that impact the product. We're not looking for a pure people manager. Networking/infra background is a plus, not a filter. If you've scaled a team from 0 to 20+ and seen your product scale too, I'd love to talk to you.

- Senior/Staff Backend Engineer (Golang) : the control plane: peer coordination, policy and access control, multi-tenancy, and keeping it all fast as customer networks grow into the hundreds of thousands of peers.

- Network / Client Engineer (Golang) — the agent side: WireGuard, NAT traversal and hole punching, relays, DNS, and shipping one client across Linux, macOS, Windows, iOS and Android. If you enjoy debugging why one connection out of a thousand won't go peer-to-peer, this is the role.

- Solutions Engineer — technical, customer-facing, pre/post-sales. You'll be the person who architects a rollout for a 500-person company's network live on a call, and a great channel back into the roadmap.

We have an office in Berlin and mostly work CET/CEST. We'd love to have you in the office with us, but if your experience is stellar we're happy to hire remote. We're scaling quickly, so this is a chance to join early and scale your career as well as with the company.

Apply at https://netbird.io/careers, please mention you found us on Hacker News in your application.
