Source (https://source.inc)| USA/Canada: REMOTE | Full-Time

Our mission: make handling memory, state, and context for AI agents outside the cloud as simple as it is in the cloud. Today it isn't close. An agent without data is inert, and outside the cloud, data is duct tape.

An agent in the field needs data that is verifiable, auditable, concurrent, collaborative, and permissioned. No single system gives you all five. SQLite gives you local storage and nothing else. Every other database assumes the cloud is there to provide the rest.

We're building the data layer agents actually run on: local-first, syncs peer to peer, every write verifiable, every read auditable, no cloud required. The stack is open source: https://github.com/sourcenetwork/defradb. We think it's the best memory an agent can have, bar none.

We’re growing fast and are looking to fill the following positions:

-Chief of Staff - https://source.network/careers/chief-of-staff

-Growth Hacker, Developer Adoption - https://source.network/careers/growth-hacker-developer-adopt...

-Head of Business Development - https://source.network/careers/head-of-business-development

Statecraft | Forward Deployed Engineer (All Levels) | REMOTE (US) | $160-220k + equity

At Statecraft, we are building an AI workforce to help automate the US government. Currently our government is operated almost entirely by consultants who outnumber public servants 3:1 and institutionalize inefficiency so they can bill more hours. This only leads to agencies struggling to meet their missions, overworked and underpaid public servants, and overburdened taxpayers.

Most of what these consultants do is easily automatable: data entry, basic spreadsheet work, filling out paperwork, etc.; we do this with AI and save taxpayers ~80% on average while completing the work ~10x faster with 2-3x less errors.

We're a small, lean, mission-driven team and hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to build use cases and integrate deeply with agency customers. You'll be working with critical systems, massive surface area and national impact.

* This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.

Mondrio | Founding Product Engineer | San Francisco | ONSITE | $200k – $250k plus equity

Mondrio (https://mondrio.io) builds agentic pricing management: AI agents plus pricing experts that keep B2B pricing current rather than a one-off, one-time exercise. The founding team ran 150+ pricing engagements before starting the company and are translating that expertise to shape the next frontier of pricing in the agentic era.

The role comes with significant scope and high autonomy. You will own the full product lifecycle: customer discovery -> rapid prototyping -> agent-ready specs -> shipping via agentic orchestration -> o11y and evals -> growth & expansion.

Here are some domains you will ship: - Multi-agent simulation to emulate the behavior of a buying committee - A2A pricing interactions governed by OPA/Rego policies defined from natural language - Generative UX driven by a MCP server with full system capabilities access - Autonomous quote generation and real-time deal intelligence during sales calls

We don't have PMs or product designers so you serve as the product bridge between the founders, pricing experts, and engineering. If you're a mature engineer, looking to work with a very senior/staff team across the stack: customers, models, server, clients (web, TUI, chatbots), evals, then this is the role for you. In short, the role is ideal for someone who has significant product engineering expertise and has sharpened their SDLC competency to be AI-native.

Hiya | Senior Backend Software Engineer | Seattle, WA | HYBRID | Full-time | $113-197k + equity

Hiya's Voice Intelligence Platform protects 500M+ users from spam, fraud, and deepfake scam calls, and gives businesses branded, verified caller ID so the calls that matter get answered.

We're hiring a senior backend engineer for a small foundational team building our next-generation voice products from scratch: real-time SIP/RTP media handling, STT/TTS pipelines with tight latency budgets, deepfake detection and speaker verification, and conversational AI, all integrated directly into carrier networks. It's greenfield, so you'll be making the early architecture decisions, not maintaining legacy services.

Stack: TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Kafka, Docker/Kubernetes on AWS. Telephony experience (SIP, RTP, WebRTC) is a plus, not required. Team is distributed across Seattle and Europe, async-first; 3 days/week in the Seattle office.

Hi, I applied for the junior role two months ago. I never heard anything back, but I'm also somewhat concerned my email got lost entirely because I sent emails from two separate addresses - one got an immediate automated response, the other got nothing. (The second email that received a response was just a generic inquiry checking on the first, so I'm concerned that one got tossed by the automated system as well). I'd be grateful if you could let me know if it was ever seen!
