#183We make the manufacturing industry more productive. Our SaaS product is used by 150+ big companies across industries and countries to provide the right guidance to shop floor operators. We help our customers to keep up with a high amount of variability in their processes, integrate into their existing systems and and are now leveraging LLMs and related tech to surface the right information.
To help us further build our product we are looking for a product minded engineer with experience in working with integrating AI feature or an ML background to join our team. You will be working in a cross functional team in an ambitious but down to earth environment having the chance to impact how manufacturing companies across Europe operate.

#184What we do: Hospitals run critical operations (staffing, labor planning, and capacity) on spreadsheets, phone calls, and gut instinct. Labor is the biggest cost and hardest operational problem, and it’s still largely manual. Vitalize is building the operating system for hospital labor (and ultimately capacity): we forecast demand from real hospital data (e.g., ADT + historical patterns + acuity) and translate that into concrete staffing decisions: next month’s schedule and the next shift.
Traction: - ~$37M raised - Launched 2024; ~$13M committed ARR across 10+ health systems - Live in 20+ hospitals and growing quickly
The role: We're hiring a PM to own the product experience that takes a hospital from signed contract to successfully using Vitalize in production. Getting there is complex: every health system has its own HRIS, scheduling workflows, union rules, and technical environment. This team builds the custom integrations and internal tooling that make those deployments faster, more repeatable, and less manual as we scale.
We're looking for a PM who... - Led messy third-party enterprise integrations deep enough to make real technical calls with eng - Has built internal tooling with an internal team as the customer - Prioritized a roadmap under live GTM pressure and held the line when the loudest deal wasn't the right build - Startup experience, where the system you were building didn't exist yet
If you're interested, email me mark@vitalize.care
Comp: $215K-$260K + equity

#186We build real-time learning AI: the APIs and data pipelines connecting live user and merchant behavior to systems that learn from it. Patented tech, backed by $35M in DARPA-funded R&D. AI-native team, you'll use agentic coding tools daily, including running multiple parallel sessions, on a fast-moving codebase. We share context, not tickets.
Looking for 5+ years building production backend systems, hands-on agentic AI coding experience, and experience with APIs/data pipelines feeding analytics or ML systems. Python, SQL, TypeScript, React.

#187Want to help out healthcare providers? Clinicians using our software are already saving hours a day and loving their job again. We are building Axo to make the software layer as invisible and ambient as possible, letting clinicians direct 100% of their attention to patients rather than screens.
Our first market is orthotics and prosthetics (O&P), the field designing braces and artificial limbs that restore human mobility and underserved by the tech sector. You’ll join as a founding engineer working directly with myself (former Google SWE) and my co-founder (one of the US's best known O&P clinicians), and small engineering team we want to grow.
You will own massive surfaces end-to-end, making foundational architectural decisions for our entire platform. We've got a massive pipeline ahead and need your help to build it. And we participate in humanitarian missions to expand prosthetic access in critical parts of the world like Ukraine and Sri Lanka.
- The Stack: C#/.NET, gRPC, SolidJS/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, built with strict domain-driven design and rigorous testing.
- How we work: Flexibility! Love AI-assisted speed coding? Go for it. Prefer to write by hand because your mental model is faster than prompting? Perfect. We only care about delivering safely and quickly.
- Requirements: Senior-level depth with production systems, a strong habit of domain modeling, and a philosophy that defaults to simplicity. Strong UI/UX experience with an obsession for user simplicity is a must.
To apply, email me directly at jlyman@axoventures.co with a short story about a favorite technical challenge you solved end-to-end. Please put "HN" in the subject line! MUST be in Texas.

#188I’m part of Snowflake’s Applied AI / Forward Deployed Engineering team, and we’re hiring for multiple roles on the team.
We work directly with strategic customers to design, build, deploy, and improve production AI systems on Snowflake. That includes LLM applications, RAG and agentic workflows, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, observability, and production iteration using Snowpark, Cortex, and Snowflake’s native AI capabilities.
For the FDE role, we’re looking for strong engineers who can build and ship customer-facing AI systems end to end, especially if you’ve worked on LLM apps and care deeply about evals and quality. For the Senior role, we’re looking for someone who can lead multi-engineer AI engagements, mentor other engineers, and still be hands-on in architecture and implementation. The roles are customer-facing and involve travel, including at least 25% onsite time with strategic customers.
If you like working in ambiguity, building real AI systems instead of demos, and partnering closely with customers to get things into production, these roles are a good fit.

#189We're building the machine that builds the ships - a high-mix robotics platform for autonomous shipbuilding.
If you love making giant industrial robots do things they were never designed to do, we'd love to talk. We built our own software stack from scratch, from motion planning to physics-based simulation, so you'll get to work on really interesting problems that are usually a black box in an industrial setting.
